By using KidsCraic.com you agree to the following terms:

For Parents: KidsCraic provides a discovery and enquiry platform. We do not verify, endorse or take responsibility for the activities, providers or information listed on the platform. All enquiries are made directly between parents and providers. KidsCraic is not responsible for any arrangements, bookings or transactions made between parents and providers.

For Providers: By listing on KidsCraic you confirm that all information, images and content you submit is accurate, lawful and that you hold the rights to any images or content uploaded. You take full responsibility for ensuring your listing and any associated content complies with applicable laws including GDPR. KidsCraic reserves the right to remove any listing that breaches these terms.

Subscriptions: Provider subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Your subscription will begin after your free trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before your trial ends and you will not be charged. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis.

KidsCraic reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

KidsCraic is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect: For parents, we collect the name, email address, child's age and any message submitted via our enquiry form. For providers, we collect business name, email address, phone number and listing details provided during registration.

How we use your data: Parent enquiry data is passed directly to the relevant activity provider and a copy is retained by KidsCraic for platform management purposes. Provider data is used to manage your account, listing and subscription.

Provider content and images: All images and content uploaded by providers are the sole responsibility of the provider. KidsCraic does not verify ownership of uploaded content. Providers confirm at the point of submission that they hold the rights to any content they upload and that it complies with GDPR regulations. KidsCraic accepts no liability for provider-uploaded content.

Third party services: KidsCraic uses Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery and Cloudinary for image hosting. Each of these services has their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

Data retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights: Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights please contact us at the email below.
