Description
Fun recreational gymnastics classes for children aged 6 to 12 at Trojan Gymnastics, Stillorgan. Classes develop balance, strength, coordination, flexibility and agility whilst allowing confidence to grow naturally. Classes are 55 minutes long and grouped by age including Banana Splits (age 6-8), Mini Twisters (age 7-9) and Twisters (age 8-12).
