Description
Stuntworx Elite offers The Four Apparatuses Athletes in WAG compete on four specific pieces of equipment: Vault: Gymnasts sprint down a runway, hit a springboard, and use explosive power to launch over the vault table while performing aerial flips or twists before landing. Uneven Bars: Gymnasts perform continuous swings, circles, flight elements, and re-grasps between two bars set at different heights. Balance Beam: Gymnasts execute leaps, turns, jumps, and high-difficulty acrobatic skills on a padded beam only 10 centimeters wide. Floor Exercise: Gymnasts perform a choreographed routine to music that blends tumbling passes, dance, and acrobatic leaps Classes run throughout the year at our Galway City facility.
