Description
Stuntworx Elite offers competitive gymnastics programmes for children who want to take their skills to the next level. Based in Galway City, our experienced coaches develop athletes of all abilities in a structured, supportive environment. Opportunities to compete across Ireland and beyond. The Four Apparatuses Athletes in WAG compete on four specific pieces of equipment: Vault: Gymnasts sprint down a runway, hit a springboard, and use explosive power to launch over the vault table while performing aerial flips or twists before landing. Uneven Bars: Gymnasts perform continuous swings, circles, flight elements, and re-grasps between two bars set at different heights. Balance Beam: Gymnasts execute leaps, turns, jumps, and high-difficulty acrobatic skills on a padded beam only 10 centimeters wide. Floor Exercise: Gymnasts perform a choreographed routine to music that blends tumbling passes, dance, and acrobatic leaps
